Davis Lake Shore Development, LLC, was founded by Martin L. Davis and his wife Donna to develop upscale subdivsions on beautiful Lake Taylorville. The lake is located right outside of Taylorville, Illinois, which is only 30 miles from the state capital, Springfield.

Work has already begun on Davis Lake Shore Development's first subdivision, Davis Lake Shore Estates. Mr. and Mrs. Davis located one of the most captivating locations still undeveloped on Lake Taylorville and plan to offer approximately 50 lots.

Mr. and Mrs. Davis founded Davis Lake Shore Estates in tribute to their good friend Scotty Canale, whose dream was to see the community of Taylorville continue to grow by developing upscale lake properties that the whole community would be proud of.
